Vanished

Have you ever wondered what happens to the digital self when we, or something, even metaphorically, dies? ‘Vanished’ explores the removal of self and sentiments from the digital world. Who was that person? Did they die? Were they a lover no longer woven into the fabric of someone’s heart? Were they removed through anger, through hurt, or through confusion? This series of images aims to evoke those feelings. They are meant to heal, or conversely, unsettle.
